Responsibilities / 崗位職責：
1. Improvement of tool lifetime
提高模具的使用壽命.
2. Otimation of production process
優化生產工序.
3. Supporting in difficult tasks (e.g. tool change and machine set-up)
指導操作人員一起完成關鍵工作(比如更換模具, 調整機器設定等).
4. Be responsible for at least one production lines.
能夠管理至少一條鍛造生產線.
5. Solving Q-problems with 8D reports
解決質量問題, 完成8D報告.
6. SPC activities with machine operator
指導操作人員開展SPC控制.
7. Assist engineer to produce new product and new process
協助工程師完成新產品和新工藝的試驗
8. Staff training and monitoring
員工培訓和工作檢查(工藝、質量和設備維護).
9. Work as a deputy when necessary
必要的時候頂替其他員工的工作
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above in mechanical engineering, forging or metal
機械制造、鍛造或金屬加工專業的本科及以上
2. At least 2-year working experience in forging industry (cold, warm and hot forging).
至少2年以上的金屬鍛造（冷鍛、溫鍛和熱鍛）工作經驗.
3. Knowledge of repair and maintenance of mould/tool
鍛造模具維修保養技能
4. Knowledge of forging machine operation
手動和自動鍛造設備操作技能
5. Basic English in speaking, reading and writing.
